Positives:
- Convenient - same block as PATH entrance.
- Approximately five blocks to supermarket and shopping.
- Front Desk Staff is very helpful and friendly.
- Parking available on site along with Zip Car location.
- Attached H-Club location.
- Stacked washer/drying in units
- Bug Free place

Negatives:
- Overall construction of the building, as material and workmanship is very cheap with no desire or commitment by the builder/developer for longer-term view. Building is only a year old.
- Seals around the windows and the AC/Heating unit are not sealed making heating and cooling very expensive $$$.
- Gaps around the apartment door to the hallway are huge causing doors to rattle when other tenants open and close their door or the elevator door opens it is also part of the extensive heating/cooling cause issues $$$.
- Air trapped in main water pipes causing them to bang on in the side of the wall when being used.
- Wood floor has become unglued in various areas around windows and doorways.
- Plumbing is not great with water pressure being low at times and it takes a while before hot water is available at any fixture in the apartment.
- Missing garbage disposal so kitchen sink drains slow at times.
- Window screens rattle at the slightest wind.
