very bad resident service and staffs are not professional

I have been lived in Avalon Cove for one and half years and I now do not recommend anyone to live there.
The staffs at resident service office are not professional at all. It's a pain to deal with them. They do not care and protect residents' interests. They do not respond to residents' maintainence request in a timely manner. They let non-residents come to the fitness center. I parked my car at their designated spot during the weekend and they towed my car even without giving me a ring! They refused to reimburse my towing expense even they knew they made a mistake! The person who work at front gate and are in charge of resident parking do not work with his brain in it!
The Newport area now has lots of new buildings, and if you want to live here, Avalon is your last choice.
