Recently went to Avalon Cove to look at leasing an apartment and the management was extremely unprofessional. Leasing consultant insisted that we come back 4 hours later for a tour, even though there were no other customers waiting to be helped. When we did arrive 4 hours later, we were ignored while the leasing staff filed papers and had to wait 20 minutes (again even though there was no one in the office). As we were taken on a tour, they could not answer our questions with a direct answer. It felt like a race throught he building, pracically running to keep up. It was like they were too busy to deal with us, and we were interrupting them from something important. Beautiful property and seems like a nice place to live, but it's a shame the leasing staff was such a turn-off.
