I live at Avalon Cove and have never in my life found such rude, incompetent management.
In August, they notified ma my rent would go up almost 18%. Not sure if this building is under rent control but if it is, I am going to sue the bastards.
Business center was shut down, delivery/garbage doors are left open, but everything else is fine. The doorman are the best people of Avalon Cove. The leasing management office sucks big time !!!
