New Tenant... need feedback fast

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
I signed some papers and put a deposit down yesterday. Gasper at the rental office was young, but knew what he was doing and had answers to all my questions. It's not at Avalon Cove complex, but the apartment is for the 26 story building right next to it, which is the same rental. I read all these comments a little too late, but anything else will change my mind. Everything I've read is mainly towards the management. Any more recent feed back will be nice. Thank you
