I don't know what happened to Avalon Cove ' Things were getting done before and now things are going down. THe hallways looks like ---- and the service requests does not get done at all. Avalon is suppose to give free rent for service requests that is not completed within 24 hours. I tried to get some rent credit and for some reason they always have an excuse. I don't recommend this property to anyone. They need to fire everyone starting from the office. Oh, and another thing there are numerous lights out throughout the parking lot.
