The location is good but the building layout lends itself to easy breakins. There are about 14 entrances in to the two building at Avalon Cove unlike for tall buildings which have may be 2-4 entrances. SO THERE HAVE BEEN MANY BREAKINS IN RECENT PAST. This is a good building if you are ok wth occasional breakin risk. There has also been a mugging reported for a resident walking from PATH to Avalon Cove. We are looking to move out after many years here.
