These are number 1 cheaters, when I went in to rent an apartment they showed me the model and denied to show the actual aptmnt. Then when I told them I am new to US and I dont have any credit history here, they said it should be fine and there should not be a problem in getting this aptmt on rent (as they do some wierd credit check). Then they take $250 as application fee for me and my wife and after couple of days they get back to me saying they can't rent the apartment to me because there credit rating agency DECLINED my application. And now they are not refunding my application fee also.
Also I met few friends of mind who are staying there and they said its a mess here, lot of cocroaches, bad maintenance, leasing office is rude and not responsive also. dont go for the exterior looks its all bad. DONT RENT HERE.
