Where do I start' I will try to be as honest as I can here: I've stayed at many apartments at my life. This one has the best potentials and turns out to be the worst. I've met so many good South Asians. Somehow this one turns out to have the most selfish and unkempt ones you can ever find. Many just came straight out of JFK and have no regard of manner, consideration of others, and common sense.

Stayed here for 1 year. All 5 of my nearest neighbors changed. Most people (if not all) from the management office changed. People are pretty rude and careless toward others. Nobody stays more than 2 years (many are fed up after 1 year and leave).

Outdoor Parking- your selfish neighbor from South Asia will scratch your car like no other- I mean 10 big scratches in like 2 months. Get a private garage if you have a nice car.

Noise- your neighbor from South Asia will party on the balcony until 3AM- more than one unit and more than 3 incidences. Don't be shy, just call the Jersey City cops. They will come and stop the nonsense.

Leasing office- they hate their jobs and won't last more than 6-12 months so they don't give a @#%^ about you.

South Asians make up maybe 30% of the units but are 60% of the population. Overcrowding causes them to loiter at all public facilities. I am talking about Gym, Hall Ways, Pool, Basketball Court, Tennis court... everywhere!! Cricket is being played at the basketball court. Very often 10-15 deodorantless South Asians play volleyball in the racquetball courts (so GOOD LUCK playing racquetball right after them). The small gym smells like a sewage system. I've counted this- from at least 2 incidences after a group of South Asians congregate at the common grass areas they have left trash behind them. Trash and trash bags would be blown around the community- often into people's balcony area.

South building (wing 1 and 3 have roach/bed bug problems). Wing 6 had rats problems in 2008 where huge rats run around in the trash area (but was resolved... I THINK...). Wing 5 smells like the East River.

Best part of the community- maintenance people. They generally address your issues within a timely manner except the dryer. They never fixed our broken dryer. We need to dry our close 3-4 times. There goes the electricity bill. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
