avalon cove is terrible

this place is a joke. i wanted to vandalize the entire complex before moving out. do yourself a favor and don't rent here. the staff is terrible, they could care less about you and they have a high turnover rate. the washer and dryer is in your apartment, but it barely works. cars have been broken into recently. the elevators barely ever work and even a maintenance worker told me he has gotten stuck in them before. to top it off, i moved in because i wanted to be in a safe place but when i come home late the "security" people are often asleep. avalon cove is a joke of a "luxury" apartment complex, worse year ever.
