I am a current resident and planning to move out pretty soon.
Positive:
1. Location: Hudson Riverfront
nothing else to talk about as good feature.

Negatives:
1. Extremely rude & unhelpful management & staffs: Avoid meeting Sheila and Dan if you happen to get an appointment. Officially they are managers there but they don't have manners & politeness of even a sweeper.
2. House of Bed Bugs & roaches: All the apartments are infected with bed bugs and roaches. They will not tell this at the time of signing the lease but will harass you with many rounds of treatments & fines after you start living here.
3. Extremely poor security: Car break cases on rise and the worst thing is that they don't do anything for this.
4. Inadequate parking space: Gate security has no clue whether there is any parking space available inside. They will ask you to enter & search for parking. If you happen to get something then its your job to inform them of parkig space.
5. Poor maintenance: Most of the gates are either broken or the security panel doesn't work there. One of our gates opening on 2nd street is broken for past 2 months. They didn't replace the gate first and now they have closed that entrance/exit point after car breakage incidents. We have to walk a lot to come out of the community.
many more problems... you will come face to face if you plan to take a home here...
