I must say, the staff has been helpful with my complaint. I am the one with the "cold expensive apartment" from a previous Email. I Emailed the administrative office and with great success will be getting a new heating unit installed. I think the staff handled my situation as best as they could. I have no problems with them and have never experienced any rudeness. However, the neighborhood could be a little bettter, as the walk from grove street station on Columbus Drive leaves a lot to be desired. Overall, this place has not been that bad.
