Dixon Mills provides a large amount of housing close to 'downtown' Jersey City at rents that are only slightly inflated.

The overall ambience is dormitory, and they attract transient renters. Management is negligent and maintenance is generally poor. The staff painter cannot distinguish walls from floors from light fixtures, for example.

It is walking distance to the rest of downtown JC and the Grove PATH, which is the strongest selling point. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
