Too much noise!!!!

I lived in Dixon Mills for a little over a year. The noise from the people above me was unbearable. I almost never slept. They used to walk around in shoes at 2am EVERY night! I complained, wrote letters,called security...

It was a nightmare. One of my friends had a great apartment (without noise). However, she had mice and eventually moved out.
