Years at this apartment: 2003-01-01 - 2003-01-01

1. Get a 1st Floor or 4th floor apt.
- 1st floor if you like to be cool in the summer and vice versa w/ the 4th for the winter.
- plus its good for noise factor

2. You can't compare DM to E. VIllage.
3. DM is sketchy for a single female alone after 11pm.
4. Take a cab after 10pm from the PATH to DM
5. Look into the Hamilton Park section its about the same rent and much nicer section.
