My Fiance and I have lived here for well over a year now. We have had some bad experiences with management because they act like nazis every now and then. FOr instance when they are showing you the place prior to you renting, they paint the place as very tolerant and nice. The guy that gave us our tour made it sound like you could do whatever you want (ie: paint your walls have a grill etc..) only to send letters out after you move in telling you that you cannot have your grill, or that they are going to fine you for painting your apartment.

If you wnat to rent here it is a nice place to live. We love our apartment despite some leaks that have not been fixed, but overall I wouldn't trade it for any other place. However do get everything they say that they are going to allow you to do in writting so you have proof. Wouldn't want the liars at the management office to try to get you.

Oh and if you have to deal with a lady named Victoria at the office watch out cause she's a back stabbing -----. get anything she is promising you regarding maintainance issues in writting, as the woman loves to go back on her word. Hence our still leaking leaks.
