I have to say this was the most beautiful apartment I have ever lived in. HUGE three bedroom, three full baths, duplex, fireplace, large common area, rooftop deck, etc. However, the management was horrible and leaving near a neighborhood with continuous problems took its toll. Our roof fell in (literally) and ruined my roommates stuff. It took management over two weeks to repair it, in the meantime we became overrun with bugs and mold. We eventually were allowed out of the lease due to this, and other problems we had (paying for the gym and getting locked out, paying for parking and having our car broken into, numerous problems with package delivery, etc).
