A good clean building

The apartment was clean and freshly painted for our move in. All the kitchen equipment was in an as new state. The minor problems that did exist were fixed very quickly.
The building is located a convenient walk form both grocery and transport links. Although I have heard that parking can be an issue for building residents, for those living in the surrounding areas whom have to rely on on-street park have a more difficult time.
While the surrounding neighbourhood can be seen as a little run down, when compared to areas of Manhattan, Queens or Brooklyn they become positivly more attractive.
