Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2002
I have lived in Dixon Mills for 5 years and I have never felt unsafe. Nor in the buildings, nor in the surrounding areas... It is not an "all-white-pefect-world" kind of place... It is a multicultural area...It is changing for the better, more "cool" restaurants and hip young people around. The quality-size-price of the apartments is great compared to Manhattan or Hoboken. For me it is a luxury to live in a building that is so beautiful. Hang out places to check out: Hard-Grove Caf or Marco&Pepe in Grove St.
