I LOVE this place...quaint and charming!!..A MUST SEE!!

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
I have lived in Dixon Mills since June of 1999 and look forward to many more years.
I started off in a one bedroom duplex, and less then two weeks ago have moved to a two bedroom duplex.
The building has made great improvements within the three years I have been there. They have upgraded the gym, made improvements to the common areas, redone the roof and reconstructed the decks. They have even redone the landscaping..and the improvements keep continuing.
My favorite..and to me most imporant ammenity is the central A/C..very rare in this area!!
The sorrounding area around Dixon Mills continues to improve as well. Cleaner, becoming more developed...it's really turning into a hot spot!!
I strongly reccommend to anyone looking to move to the NYC area to take a look a Dixon Mills.
