ok place, poor management

Like others here I think that it's good value. The apartment complex is well kept and the apartments themselves are nicely laid out (for the most part). It's close to public transport. And, at least I've found, quite quiet. However, I can confirm that the staff are somewhat rude and mostly incompetent (especially the managing director - what an unpleasant person she is). You can look forward to: unintelligible notices from the management, changes in service with little notice, officious and unfriendly staff, a completely useless security staff (if there was any problem in the complex they were the first to high-tail it). The neighborhood Dixon Mills is in is what you'd call 'in transition'... a little dicey (which compounds the poor security problem). On the whole it's ok, if you're young, single, not high maintenance, and willing to bite you're tongue if you have a problem and have to deal with the staff.
