I am considering moving into Dixon Mills and have read most of the reviews here. Some scary, many seemed to be more realistic view points. Can anyone enlighten me on if there have been any improvements on the mice, security and noise-level problems? Most of the real complaints were in the 2002- early 2004 time period.
