I have lived in Dixon Mills for nearly 5 years and I agree with all the positive reviews posted here. The management office has improved greatly and living here has been great. The ONLY reason I am moving out of this building is because of the increase in the rodent population I have seen overtime.

The building is infected with mice -if you are a resident of a new condo, you may not see it initially - but just give it time. the mice will eventually find their way into your home. we have done everything we can to get rid of them, including the exterminator - but we find new droppings everyday and we are out of here.

when I was coming home one night, I even saw a mouse scurrying in the hallway!
If you don't mind living with rodent friends, by all means join our community. You will love it.

Really? Is this ture? I am so worried because I am ready to accept the final counter offer to this building. Right now, I am hesitate. Can you please give me details info. here, thanks a lot.
