My 2 bedroom apt is spacious (1150 square feet), with nice hardwood floor and high ceiling.
The rent is good -- 1,785.
The parking is a pain: it took us 2 months to get a parking space in the apt.
However, if you have NJ drivers license, parking permit of Jersey City is only $5 per year. It's not hard to find one around the apt.
