unfortunately, dixon mills is simply falling apart. They cover many things up with quick simple work--ie leaks are simply painted over rather than fixed. Additionally, they have put residents in danger with their mismanagement. For example they recently ignored a carbon monoxide leak for over 3 hours.
I have been told that there is rumor that these are going to be sold as townhouses soon that is why everything is just getting a bandaid for now. Too bad that it has to be that way. Just be really careful if you do decide to rent here.
