I have not lived in Dixon Mills but I do know someone who did and he liked it there. I do want to respond to the inaccurate description of living in Hoboken. I have a one bedroom apartment in a NICE building in Hoboken, washer/dryer, all kitchen appliances, central air, they allow pets, doorman and we pay less than $1700 for over 900 sq feet. So please don't let people "put" you off Hoboken. I also lived in Jersey City and trust me, there is NO comparison between the two.. JC is dirty and there was so much noise at ALL hours of the night..now I sleep peacefully and can walk home from the PATH at 2am and feel safe...Just an opinion from someone who actually lives in Hoboken. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

Okay! You say you got a great deal in Hoboken, where? Inorder for me to believe I would have to know the name of the apt and management staff. That seems so unreal.
