If the front office Staff was more friendly and less rude, my opinion would never have made it on this review. Recommendations for improvement would be customer service training and remove on line web surfing when waiting for assistance.

The office staff are VERY friendly and helpful if you are nice to them. If you barge into the office in a huff, rude and treat them like they are your servents, they will respond in kind. They are only human- and I've seen how some residents treat them. If someone spoke to me like that at my company I would have them fired.
