Love the building and my unit

I've been living here for a few months and I love my unit. I have no problems with water noise or rodents. I love my huge kitchen with granite from wall to wall. Move here from downtown NYC and never looked back. All my friends are amazed at what I got for the money and some have actually started looking at buying in the building after visiting me. I have an indoor parking space and I don't have to circle around the block anymore looking for parking. The new managment has really been working hard to keep the new owners happy.
