So I purchased a place and moved in 1 year ago, so I can say with confidence that this place is great. Management is attentive and prompt with any requests. There is an online website to submit "complaints" or "maintenance requests" so thats easy and fun to use. Its also the site I can get any notices via direct emails.

I agree. I've been here since March of 2008 and the Association staff is excellent. Management, Maintenance or Repairs have been streamlined to enable efficient resolutions of any issues. The people and place are great. Easy walk to the PATH train. Can't beat it for the price in JC.
