The Earle is a good deal as compared to higher prices on the waterfront. Great place for a those with lower budgets. Although Journal Sqaure, the area the building is in, doesn't have much to offer, the path train is right across the street! access to grove street, waterfront, hoboken, newark and nyc are just 10-20 minutes away.

The apartments are well kept and decent sized. There is a part time doorman and laundary facilities.
