PROS:
- The building is new and spacious
- Convenient location to shopping, PATH, ferries and Manhattan
CONS:
- Very Expensive!
- Noisy neighbors (thin walls)
- plumbing problems
- NTC phone service monopoly. Cannot switch local carriers for better deal
- Microwave Cable-TV system - poor reception and channel choice
- Management Office not very receptive to complaints and issues
- badly designed A/C units in apartments. Cannot regulate at all. Either off or on.
