For a brand new building I have had alot of problems with things like hot water and AC. The on site management people have changed a number of time since I moved in, and ive only been here six months. When I signed my lease I was told about all of the ameneties including the onsite marina, however some of them dont make the mark. The marina for one is not even managed by the complex, and tenents do not get any concessions for living in the building. The apartments are not well built, you can hear everything going on outside your door, and the ventilation system must be so laden with construction debris, because my apartment stays very dusty from dirt blowinf from the vents. You have to call to have your filters changed, and when you bring this to the attention of management, they just tell thet have the same problem in thier apts, and it is normal. Parking is also a problem- there is no pool, sub standard security, and rude leasing agents. I've been here six months and the aptment I have has been advertised for $600 less than I am paying now. For the rent you pay here you could find a much nicer apt with better ameneties right around the corner
