I will post more after I receive the remainder of my security deposit, but I can at least say that the first two descriptions listed are very accurate.

I put down a $2k security deposit when I moved in, including non-refundable pet deposits for a dog and cat. I called recently to ask for the approximate amount I should receive, and I was told I would likely receive nothing. I will follow up when I receive the detailed statement and let you know. In the meantime..be very careful.
