I just don't see the problems, guess I have been lucky.

I found it very interesting to ready the comments written about Hudson Pt. I have lived here for 8 months and have found it to be very quiet, have had no maintainance or ac/heating problems, and found the office agents to be very friendly. I am usually very picky about things too, so I guess I have just been lucky. And I have a balcony w/ view of the marina which is beautiful!
