I have to say that there are the obvious bad points: loud SandBar during the summer, vent in the master bedroom that's quite loud, and the walking from apt to path/ferry. (Although my commute is still 25 mins to work - so that's actually quite good). Then there's some minor points like extremely long hallways, cracks in wooden floor ( but i think that happens with all rental apts with parquet). Also, the garage is a bit dangerous - sharp turns on every floor... However, for a rental place, and I've been in Avalon Cove and New York apts, this has surpassed all of them by far. The space is unbelievable, very nice balcony (I live in 2 bedroom facing statue of liberty), new and nice appliances, extremely friendly doormen, HUGE bathrooms, HUGE walk-in closets... serene view from balcony facing marina and good doggie community. I've never had to call maintenance.
