I recently looked at some apartments here and was concerned by the SandBar which is a club off the marina. It would most definitely affect the peaceful enjoyments of the tenants with apartments facing the marina and those heading around the corner onto Dudley. One of the current tenants already mentions that this is loud but seems to be satisfied overall which is good.
