When I first signed the lease, the staff was very friendly and was trying their best to accommodate our needs. We were expecting our first child, and they made sure that we had new carpets when I moved in. The walls are very thin, that you can hear music from the your next door neighboor, including their alarm clock (going off at 6 AM every day, including the weekend!!)

I never had a problem with the maintenance staff. tHey are very friendly, know you by name and apt #, and get them fixed within a day or 2.

When they changed the managment, they no longer took interest on the tenants. One of the staff is rude and arrogant. I'm not sure if I'd have signed the lease if she was the one I had to deal with in the beginning. Not a good first impression!

Forget about living in a quiet neighboorhood! There are two constructions going on right in front of the apartment.
There are definetly other places to look around in the neighboorhood for the price that you pay here.

We would all love to live where we don't hear our neighbors and street noise is minimal - I personally like to only hear the sound of birds. I too hear my neighbors just like they hear me, so we live with that flaw in this place. As the floors are all the same, did you know that late at night you can hear toilet noises and you could possibly be our neighbor? I would love to be in Suburbia with trees, gardens and birds singing in the mornings but the commute would keep me away from my family for to long - I suggest that sometimes it is better to look at the overall picture and I suggest that this place isn't all that bad and security for our love ones is very good.
