a clean looking building that is close to the path train. those are about the only two positives, in my opinion.

it is easy to find parking in front of the building... or you could pay an extra $150 to park in the lot next door... but good luck finding the items that will be stolen out of your vehicle! despite the fact that the building management company told me that the area was "very safe," and that there were never any problems, i have had my car broken into TWICE. (it is not a new or flashy car by any means)

the building itself is clean and well kept, but there are often hoodlums, drug abusers, and homeless people hanging out in front of the building and in the parking lot at night. i have notified the police several times, but nothing is ever done about this serious health and safety issue.

whenever i had maintenance related problems, the building management company was quick to take my call and tell me how the problem would be resolved. however, i often to make follow up calls to actually see any type of resolution.

the neighbors are relatively friendly, but you can often hear people walking around their apartments above and below you. you can hear people's conversations from the hallway.

police sirens can often be heard as ambulances, fire trucks and police drive by the front of the building.

i really wish that i would have moved somewhere else. i plan on leaving this building as soon as my time and budget will allow me to.
