Poor Construction but Good Management

I have lived at Liberty Towers for the past 6 months or so and I have to say that the developers and the architect are to blame for every single problem in my life. The management staff have been great on the whole and under fierce pressure with recent events! As tempting as it is to blame them it is the developers - the fisher group - and their mickey mouse architect that are to blame. So lets try be and be somewhat balanced in our view of this and lay blame where it is deserved.
