I have been here for 6 months; here is my list of problems:

1) $300 - $400 electric bill
2) Only half of the elevators work at any given time
3) It is freezing in the winter (even with the above bill); and in the summer, the humidity got so bad that it warped all the doors in our apartment.
4) Brown water in all the faucets and showers on occasion
5) Our floor garbage disposal has never worked; people throw their trash in the room with the disposal and someone picks it up every day.
6) The plumbing in the gym burst, flooding the area.

These are only the ones I can remember offhand. I don't know who these people are who are posting positive feedback on this place, but they are going to be pretty lonely after everyone moves out. I'm leaving in June, and not a moment too soon.
