Don't even think about this place. For all the glorious advertising about this place ,it doesn't live up to even 1/10th of it.
The sales staff are like vultures who are out to get you till u sign the lease. That done,mission accomplished the quality of service goes down in a hurry.
Pros: Good view, easy commute to NYC.
Cons:
Outrageous heating bills ($300-$500) BEWARE!!!
Poor ,unresponsive mgmt team who will resort to any lies to avoid fixing issues and problems.
Door man is always sleeping.
Hallways are freezing
Most of the advertised facilities are not available or completed.
All in all a lemon.
Will not be renewing my lease for sure...
