After reading all of complaints, I have to say I have to disagree with all of complaints. Sure, this apartment that I am living in has a lot of drafts coming in. BUT we requested the management office to take care of the drafts problems, and they took care of almost right away. I must say I am really impressed with how much the management office concerned about us. They really do care about us and want us to have a home here. They really do listen us. That's what I really like about them---they do listen. The other pro is that this place has the most excellent location that can bring you to Manhattan to enjoy the experience. I mean, once you live here, you couldn't complain alot because you can go to New York City cheaper than living in that city.
