There appears to be a pattern of issues regarding high utility bills with every new building in New Jersey.
This is my sixth property review that I have read today. Similar complaints can also be found at "The Palisades" in Ft. Lee, "Half Moon Harbour" in North Bergen, "Hudson Tea Building" in Hoboken, & "Newport" in Jersey City.
Monthly electric bills of $400.00 or more is simply ludricrous for anybody to pay to live in a small apartment. I thought new apartments were designed to be energy efficent. Whats up PSEG'
Staying on the New York side is beginning to look more attractive.
