MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR A MONTH NOW...WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE HEAT, IN FACT, THE MAINTENANCE MEN WERE VERY HELPFUL. OUR HEATER WAS BLOWING COLD AIR AND THEY CAME UP AND TOLD ME THAT THE PROBLEM WAS THE VENT WAS OPEN TO OUTSIDE AIR. SURE ENOUGH THAT FIXED IT. OTHER THAN THAT WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS. MANAGEMENT IS VERY RESPONSIVE, AND EVERYTHING IS GREAT.
