MANAGEMENT WROTE LAST REVIEW

This would be my only explanation for the previous review. Or, as dogs seem to have free reign in the building, maybe a labrador or poodle gained access to one of the computers in the business center and learned to type after running a few laps in the gym. We all know dogs can be a bit forgiving so only one of these two parties could have written a gleaming review of Liberty Towers.
The heating problem was never fixed. We (husband, myself, and management) did run through a charade for several weeks with the building management in which they pretended to care and attempted to fix the problem - what a waste of time and effort. Now that the weather is warming up, they are flaking on promises made and not returning calls. Frankly, I'm nervous about the air conditioning and other utilities.
The previous reviewers were absolutely correct in mentioning the outrageous electricity bills. Please, take my advice, consider living in New York City. After factoring rent, parking (which you'll be forced to pay as you will not be able to obtain a permit), the enormous electricty bills, and the prices that restaurants in the area charge (which are few), New York City rent is more attainable than you may think.
Lastly, I have to validate my dog reference. I reached my boiling point when a woman brought her dog into the gym and tied and untied the leash to every machine she used. This had to be one of the most unsanitary and disrespectable public displays I have ever seen. The game rooms are also frequented by dogs which is evident in the lingering odor.
Don't do it.
