Not such a bad place to live....all things considered. Sure the bldg. was cold actually freezing but ish happens....that could happen in a private home or Trump Tower. They fixed it and now it's fine. As for these electrical bills of 400 clams''' That just seems very high.....My bills were no more than $175-$200 (actually my bill for February was 85 bucks!!nice...)I turned off the heat when I went to work and generally whenever I went out. It could be that my heating units worked better than others but I don't think so, because like so many of the other reviews the heater felt like it was blowing out cold air @ times....I use my dryer all the time and cook frequently so I'm not sure why my bill was so low compared to some other folks in the bldg.....the parking is an issue.....and it seems like Goldman Sachs is the bully in town with there noisy helicopter mission on a Sunday morning!! (filthy animals!!!) and there constant banging of god knows what all through the ngt...(people in the east tower know what I'm talking about!) But with all of the negative comments that have been said I just don't think people are giving the bldg. a fair shake. The front desk people are very friendly and always willing to lend a hand. The pool scene this year promises to be interesting with all the hotties running around this place. The gym is ample, but could use a bench though.....and for me the #1 thing is that view from the 35th floor un-frikin-believable!!!!!! all 5 five boroughs of the city that's pretty impressive....find the view from the pool / view from my apt / a nice gym / friendly staff / game room with a sweet flat screen (which would look real good in my apt. by the way haha!) in J.C. or the City and call me.......but since I'm pretty sure you're not going to be able to do that. I think I'll just stay here for a while and enjoy the "view" :0)

ps. this goes out to people with dogs....not everyone is a fan of the 4-legged crapping/peeing machines.....must you let your dog piss & crap right in front of the bldg. where U and I have to walk everyday''' not cool.......
