Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Having to deal with the constant construction and lack of heating systems driving your monthly utilities to 350 per/month. Comcast charges 150 per month for really bad cable service.
The garbage compactor is always broken creating smelly hallways, fire alarm is always going off, and the management doesnt care about the tenents.
Paper thin walls and maintence crews who dont care about showing up at appointed schedule times and enter your apartment whenever they feel like it without notifying you. The wind blows and the walls creak keeping you up on windy NJ nights
These are the issues facing tenents in the Liberty towers!!
