This place is horrible, where do I Begin..The mgmt company,, yes, yes to everything nothing however is done..The PSEG bills crazy high, for the apts size on the avg this winter for my 1 BDR(250.00)and i still froze this winter.I know people who pay less to heat a HOUSE...THe security is very lax, no comparison to DOORMEN in NYC.These guys here, are either always talking to themselves, on the phone or just blind to there surroundings..God forbid a criminal wants access to an apt.... or worse you, NOT SAFE...The pool was not completed when I moved in. LETS hope it's completed by the summer or there goes my summer and one of the reasons I chose this bldg. DOGS,DOGS although I dont hate dogs, I am completely surrounded by them here. Watch out for the poop as you walk around the BLDG.Parking you are forced to pay 150.00 a month, because you cant park on the street without a permit, which the city wont give you when they see the address. My wife and me both have vehicles..(300.00) extra a month..Any wonder why one side of the BLDG is still partly empty.The gym is nice but not enough equipment, I still kept my membership to NYSC. Yeah the view is astounding, the idea of a DOORMAN nice. The pool a plus (IF USABLE BY THE SUMMER). For the price of the apt, not to mention heat bills and parking. It's not worth it and I recommend you look elsewhere first. WILL NOT RENEW MY LEASE in OCT, wish I could get out of it right now...
