I gave a decent review because the building deserves it! I'm really enjoying my apartment and I think it's a very good value. I have spoken to a number of other people in the building who also are enjoying it. My last month's energy bill was completely reasonable, the florist just opened up and the gourmet deli will be opening in a few weeks. I can't wait for the pool to open up next month! It's going to be a great summer!
