I can't believe that there is even one person that's happy with this place. I have spoken to many people in the building and everyone seems to be complaining. Mgnt has done nothing to help me and all the problems. All they do is send some guy over who writes it up and leaves. And honestly I really don't think that any of these maintenance guys have any experience, they don't seem like they know anything. Only 2 of them seem to know how to fix things, the other ones are lost.

On top of the high electric bills, and parking problems ( i'm actually OK with the $150, atleast my car doesn't need to be cleaned when it snows!!)however why do they have so many spots on P2 that are reserved for leasing office, and now they have reserved more for God knows who.

I have had problem after problem,in my apt., and the latest is my kitchen cabinet which is starting to droop down, and I don't have anything in them!!!

This place sucks!!
And the last person was correct in saying that the doorman are either talking amongst themselves or on the phone. I sometimes come home with my baby and a few bags, and many times i've had to struggle to open the door or have a tenant come running to open the door for me!! It's strange how you can have so many doorman (atleast 2 per shift) and a tenant comes over to help!!!!!!

OH I ALMOST FORGOT, I CAN HEAR MY NEIGHBORS TALKING AT NIGHT.
